Edelweiss Naturhotel was a pleasant discovery! We were very satisfied and recommend it because:
1) From the outside, the property is very characteristic, offering convenient parking, an outdoor pool with a well-kept garden (as are the other common areas), and a sauna with a hot tub.
It is located in the village of Terento, just steps from a beautiful, well-equipped park, a mini-golf center, and a riding stable where you can watch horses grazing freely or in the paddocks.
2) The rooms are modern, yet quaint and charming, clean, tidy, and the spaces are well-organized. Plus, they have balconies and everything you need!
3) We stayed half-board, so we enjoyed a rich breakfast buffet in the morning and truly exceptional dinners, with attention to detail, in the evening! (See photos)
4) All the staff are helpful, kind, and professional.
5) The value for money is truly excellent; try it and believe it.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days.
We had a wonderful time.
The room, despite being standard, is well-maintained and has all the necessary comforts.
Both breakfast and dinner were excellent: top-quality ingredients, beautifully presented and cooked.
The staff is very friendly, and the owner, Mr. Roland, is always available and attentive to every request.

A very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The extensive breakfast buffet and the varied dinner were particularly noteworthy. We stayed here for five nights with two children. The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was relatively new. The dinner was truly excellent. Absolute respect to the staff, who managed everything on their own without seeming stressed.
One small drawback for us was the sofa bed. It really wasn't anything special. The mattresses in the regular bed, on the other hand, were very good.
You can just tell that a lot of effort has been put into this place.

Comfortable rooms in Tyrolean style, family atmosphere, nice view from the balcony, comfortable bed. Warto rozważyć pobyt z obiadokolacjami. Meals are four-course meals, usually with at least two options to choose from. All dishes are very good, the cuisine is mainly traditional Tyrolean dishes. I definitely recommend it 👍👍👍read more

The property is very well maintained. The rooms were recently renovated and very charming. All the spaces are welcoming. But the highlight is the quality of the hospitality and the food. For the price of half board, we found ourselves eating truly excellently, with a wide choice of menu items and very carefully prepared dishes. And what can we say about Sabina's friendliness and hospitality? She's always available and ready to chat, making our stay truly "homely"! Roland, the owner, is very approachable and helpful, taking care of every detail. It's impossible not to plan on returning soon!read more

I stay here every year with a ski group from Stuttgart, Germany. It’s always a great experience. The food is really good & the rooms are very modern & spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel for your family or group if you can get a place here, i believe it’s very popular so you probably need to book well in advance.read more

We liked it in the hotel. I would particularly like to emphasize two points: The food was equivalent to a 4-5 star hotel and was almost perfect. Another very positive point is the owner and the friendly and courteous staff. The rooms were very clean, the sauna is small but does its job.

A really nice family-run hotel with very nice rooms and a really nice breakfast. You should definitely book half board because dinner is a total highlight. Really delicious, regional and fresh cuisine. We'd love to come back.

Quiet and owner-managed hotel on the edge of Terento. No through traffic and enough parking spaces available, as well as an 11 kW charging option for electric vehicles. The breakfast buffet is great with everything you want. Various rolls, breads, muesli, sausage, jam, eggs, etc. Half board is highly recommended, for example. Currently you get a multi-course menu every evening for 13 euros, you can choose from different dishes, including vegetarian ones. The dishes were all very tasty and there was something new every evening, you look forward to it all day. All staff, guests and villagers were friendly and helpful. You can relax in the sauna, whirlpool or outdoor pool with sunbathing lawn. The Almencard is included for free, so you can use the museums, buses and lifts in the area free of charge and save a lot of money. A number of hiking trails start directly in town. The hotel is an absolute recommendation! If you want to go to this area, book at the Naturhotel Edelweiss in Terento.read more

We had a wonderful time at the Naturhotel Edelweiss. The breakfast and dinner (4-5 courses every evening) were definitely worth the money.
The view from the balcony and the great rooms rounded off our vacation there. The sauna including whirlpool also gave us a feeling of wellness.
Unfortunately, there are deductions in terms of service, as some of the staff acted very unemotionally and not cordially.
Nevertheless, it will not be our last stay at the Naturhotel Edelweiss.read more

We have just returned from a holiday at this hotel. The rooms are clean and functional, there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and a small, well-kept pond. The hotel offers a really pleasant mini spa with sauna and whirlpool and the food was excellent. Every day there is a real menu and at both breakfast and dinner there is a buffet in addition to the first, second and dessert options. We were really satisfied. Furthermore, it is in Terento from where you can easily reach other cities to visit and where beautiful hiking trails start.read more

A week in Terento in this small family-run hotel, the owner always available for any eventuality, the attentive and prepared staff. Normal and clean rooms, very good cuisine. Perhaps the breakfast could be improved as it did not have a wide and varied offering, but we booked in the very low season. For the rest, a stay that I will remember, I hope to see the valley with lots of sun next time. Well done everyone!read more

Very nice staff, modern and at the same time rustic hotel. Rich breakfast and good dinner. Clean in all areas. Our room was relatively small, which doesn't mean anything bad, just comfortable and good. Coat hooks would be recommended to mount, because unfortunately there weren't any. We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with our dog. The staff is very kind, the atmosphere is very familiar and they try to satisfy all the customers' needs as best as possible. The rooms are impeccable: all made of wood, spotlessly clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding mountains. Outside you can enjoy some relaxation in the garden with swimming pool. The pride of the structure is the kitchen; we opted for half board with breakfast and dinner included. We always ate very well, a plentiful buffet breakfast with a great choice of quality local products. Very rich dinner, with a menu that varies from day to day, allowing you to also taste typical local dishes. Convenient location to quickly reach all the main places of interest in the area. Definitely a guarantee, where you can return in the future if you come back here.read more

Gorgeous food, better than going to your favorite restaurant every day.
Strategic position for many beautiful excursions (we were without a car).
The presence of the sauna and swimming pool is very pleasant.
Exquisite staff.
To be precise, we stayed in one of the guesthouse rooms next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.
Very honest prices.

It is the third year that we come to Terento for a summer holiday and the second in a row to the NaturHotel Edelweiss. The room, for 2 adults and 1 child, is spacious and welcoming, renovated with a wooden floor and pine furniture. The large new bathroom with a large shower difficult to find in a 3-star hotel. Impeccable cleaning of both the bedroom and the dining room. Buffet breakfast both sweet and savory with variety especially for continental breakfast. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. The dinner is excellent and is spread over 3 courses with an eye to attention to the requests of the little ones. And what about the location? Spectacular ! Silence and peace to relax, close to all the destinations that South Tyrol has in store for you. We will be back to Roland and his staff again next year!!read more

Very nice and clean hotel with good comfort and good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were also told from the start what you can experience in Terenten and the surrounding area. There may not be enough parking spaces for everyone, but I was always able to squeeze in somewhere 🙂 All in all, definitely recommended!read more

We have already been to Roland's about 3 times. We always like to come back to this small family hotel.
The rooms are very nice, chic and absolutely clean.
The delicious breakfast and the evening menu form a wonderful setting.
