Nature Hotel Edelweiss – In harmony with nature
During the extended renovation works in our Nature Hotel Edelweiss in 2014, we purposely involved the surrounding nature. This includes the use of natural building materials, with which we furnished all rooms. All furniture is made out of stone pine and/or massive oak. The unique scent of the stone pine and the light, friendly living space boost your wellbeing. At the same time, guests with allergies will profit from the beautiful oak wood floors with integrated underfloor heating. Last but not least, our small spa area with whirlpool and sauna compliments your relaxation opportunities in a natural way.
Nature vacationwith natural foods
In the Nature Hotel Edelweiss, we put the highest value on nature, sustainability and tradition. Hotel owner Roland Engl is also the chef de cuisine in our family hotel. With great care, he chooses regional products for his dishes. Of course, he only uses natural spices to enhance the taste of these culinary delights. Flavour enhancers are absolutely not part of his cooking style. While enjoying the seasonal fruits, vegetables and fresh herbs from our buffet, you can literally taste nature with every bite!

A big part of a nature holiday is the healthy movement in the great outdoors! A fantastic place to do so is our hotel swimming pool. Swimming some laps in the refreshing water in the clear mountain air in front of the sunny scenery of the Sarentino mountains is a rejuvenating sensation! Another kind of relaxation can be enjoyed at the Kneipp facility, which is situated only two minutes away from our Nature Hotel Edelweiss. Needless to say that you will find plenty of opportunities for biking, riding, hiking and many more sport activities in the nature.
