Specialty Week “’s Terner Schmelzpfandl” in our Gourmet Hotel South Tirol
During the event week “’s Terner Schmelzpfandl” (The Terento Melting Pot), every year the Terento “Bauernkuchl” (Farmer Kitchen) takes place. During this culinary gourmet week, several farms and restaurants serve traditional dishes out of grandma’s recipe book. Also kitchen chef Roland Engl participates with plenty of mouth-watering delicacies. During this week, gourmets will have the time of their lives!
